DETERMINE YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS
This is the most important step in the process. At our initial Buyer's Consultation meeting, we will establish your criteria for your new home. Those properties that don't meet your needs or price range will be eliminated immediately. Throughout the buying process, I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.
HOME SHOPPING
Every available method to locate a property that suits your needs will be used. This will include homes that are listed with our office, that are offered through other real estate companies, as well as those that are unlisted. All known facts about a property that are likely to affect your decision should be disclosed by the Seller. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liaison between the Seller and you.
